Pre-ordering Terms and Conditions

By pre-ordering it is taken that you intend to pre-pay up front and wait to receive these toys as that is what a pre-order implies.

International Orders will be quoted shipping on an individual basis as rates differ per country. If you are international and intend to send a money order, the money order must be in US funds and drawn on a US bank. Most international banks have accounts in the US in US banks, you will need to go to your bank and request a money order in US funds, they will withdraw the funds from their US bank account.

When payment by check or money order is recieved, it WILL NOT be deposited, it will be stapled to your order and when we get closer to the delivery date, then we will start to deposit them so please make sure that checks or money orders are good for at least 90 days. We do not want to get into a situation where we need to offer refunds if our supplier cannot meet our minimum order. If we cannot fill your pre-order your check or money order will be returned to you. When we have definate confirmation that these items are enroute to us, we will email or call to let you know that we intend to deposit your check or money order.

Credit card payments. The same rules apply, by supplying your credit card information it is taken that you do indeed intend to purchase these items. Credit cards WILL NOT be billed right away, rather you can expect your credit card to be chraged 1-2 weeks prior to the shipping date. When we have definate confirmation that these items are enroute to us, we will email or call to let you know that we intend to process your credit card.

***Please Note*** You may of course cancel a pre-order if you so choose. However all cancelled pre-orders that have already been paid for are subject to a 20% processing fee.
